Membership Terms

OGC membership is limited, selective, and subject to approval. Access to app features and club activities is conditional on maintaining compliance with club standards and these terms.

Members are expected to behave respectfully toward all other members, maintain accurate profile and handicap details, and engage fairly in rounds, messaging, events, and community features.

Members must submit honest and accurate scores and follow any competition, verification, or round-submission processes set by OGC. Dishonest scoring undermines the club and may result in removal.

When arranging rounds or interacting with playing partners through the platform, members should behave responsibly, communicate clearly, and treat other members with respect.

OGC reserves the right to suspend or remove any member who acts dishonestly, abusively, or in a way that harms the club community. Decisions will be made at the discretion of OGC.

Membership benefits, pricing, availability, and structure may be updated from time to time. Members will be notified of material changes in advance where possible.
