Membership fees, where charged, are billed according to the plan selected at the time of sign-up. Pricing details are shown clearly before any payment is taken.

If your membership includes recurring billing, renewal terms and amounts will be clearly communicated before each billing period. You will have the opportunity to cancel before renewal occurs.

You may cancel future renewals at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with the membership terms and any applicable consumer law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us promptly with the details.
