By creating an account or using the OGC app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
To use the app, you must meet any membership requirements set by OGC and provide accurate, current, and complete account information. Membership is subject to approval.
You must not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, or use it in any harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful way. This includes behaviour toward other members.
You remain solely responsible for any content you post, message, or submit through the app. By submitting content, you confirm it is accurate and does not violate the rights of others or our Community Guidelines.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app where users breach these terms, misuse the platform, or act in a way that harms other members or the club.
We may update, improve, modify, or remove features from the app from time to time. We will aim to notify members of material changes where possible.
Use of the app is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OGC is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
